The first pillar in restoring your pelvic power is healing physical and emotional trauma. I teach hands-on techniques designed to release tension in the pelvic floor. We have all been subjected to shame associated with our sexuality and bodies. By doing energetic clearing you make space for balance and healing to occur on a physical level.
